Welcome to MMA Fantasy (the "Service"), operated by MMA Fantasy Ltd. ("MMA Fantasy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement that governs your use of: our mobile applications, websites and APIs, the virtual currency Combat Credits, chance-based reward containers called Chests, and The Game – a free weekly prediction pool for each UFC® fight card.
No UFC Affiliation MMA Fantasy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) or its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates. Any mention of "UFC," its events or athletes is solely to reference publicly available information. All UFC names, logos, event titles and related marks are the property of Zuffa LLC or their respective owners. MMA Fantasy claims no ownership of, and no rights in, any UFC intellectual-property assets.
Our separate Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms; together they constitute the "Agreement." If you do not accept the Agreement in full, do not use the Service.
Age: You must be 18 years or older, or 13–17 with verified parental consent. Minor accounts may be subject to spending limits and blocked from buying Chests, Accurate information: Provide true, current data at sign-up and keep it updated, Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorised use, One-account rule: You may maintain one active account. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed.
By creating an account you consent to receive Service-related emails and in-app messages (e.g., odds disclosures, policy updates, prize notices). You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided.
Free entry Each official UFC fight card spawns a free-to-play pool ("Event Pool"). No purchase is ever required to enter or win.
Gameplay Submit fight predictions (fighter, method, round) before the first bout starts.
Leaderboard Points for correct picks appear on a public leaderboard that resets 24 hours after the event ends.
Prizes Top participants may receive Combat Credits, Chests, digital cosmetics, or real-money gift cards. Event-specific prize tables appear in-app.
Territorial limits The Game is void where prohibited. We may verify identity and eligibility before awarding prizes.
Licence only Combat Credits ("Credits") are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access digital content within the Service. Credits have no cash or property value and are non-redeemable and non-refundable, except where platform rules (Apple App Store / Google Play) or applicable law require otherwise.
Changes & expiry We may add, modify or remove Credits, pricing or content at any time. Unused Credits expire if your account is closed or the Service ends.
Definition "Chests" are randomised digital packs granting cosmetic items of varying rarity.
Odds disclosure Current drop-rate percentages for each rarity tier are displayed in-app before purchase. Historical odds tables are archived at mma-fantasy.com/odds.
No gambling Chests yield only non-tradable items and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value.
Platform payments All paid transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their refund policies apply first.
Statutory rights Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived (e.g., EU 14-day digital-content withdrawal, Québec consumer-protection cooling-off). Where they apply, we or the platform holder will honour them.
Delivery errors If a purchased item is unavailable, we will (a) redeliver it or (b) credit your account with equivalent Credits.
The Service—including software, artwork, Combat Credits and Chests—is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. MMA Fantasy retains all rights not expressly granted.
All UFC names, fighter likenesses and related marks belong to their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership or sponsorship.
By uploading or submitting content (e.g., usernames, chat, predictions) you grant MMA Fantasy a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to host, display, modify and use that content for Service purposes. To report alleged infringement, email mmafantasylive@gmail.com.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law, harass, threaten or defraud others, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt networks, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate leaderboards, sell, trade or transfer Credits, Chests, accounts or positions, impersonate, misrepresent or infringe others' rights, circumvent, reverse-engineer or copy Service functionality, engage in any conduct that, in our judgment, harms the Service or its users.
MMA Fantasy provides predictions and game mechanics for entertainment purposes only. We do not offer sports-betting advice or recommendations. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from your reliance on our content for wagering or gambling.
All data, probabilities and content are offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or continuous availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) CAD 50 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; portions of this clause may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MMA Fantasy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of the Agreement or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or access to any part of the Service, at any time with or without notice, for any reason (including breach of the Agreement or to protect the Service). Upon termination all licences, Credits and Chests expire. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, governing law) remain in force.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications, suspensions or discontinuances.
The Service is offered worldwide. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations and restrictions applicable to your use of the Service, including those related to gaming, contests and virtual items.
Governing law The Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Arbitration Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, B.C., under Canadian Arbitration Association rules.
Class-action waiver You waive any right to participate in class, collective or representative actions. If this waiver is unenforceable, disputes proceed exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will give 30 days' notice via email or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MMA Fantasy Ltd. ("MMA Fantasy," "we," "us") operates the MMA Fantasy mobile apps, websites and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). We are incorporated in Canada and host our back-end exclusively in AWS us-west-2 (Oregon, USA).
Account Data: Name, email, password hash (Auth0) - Purpose: Create & secure your account - Lawful Basis: Contract, Gameplay Data: Fight picks, leaderboard rank, badge history, Credit balance - Purpose: Operate The Game, award prizes, detect fraud - Lawful Basis: Contract / Legit. Interests, Purchase Data: App-store transaction ID, RevenueCat receipt, amount - Purpose: Deliver Credits & handle disputes - Lawful Basis: Contract / Legal Obligation, Device & Log Data: IP, OS version, device model, app version, BugSnag crash stack - Purpose: Diagnostics, security, optimisation - Lawful Basis: Legit. Interests, Usage Analytics: Screen views, taps (PostHog SDK); website GA traffic - Purpose: Improve UX, funnels - Lawful Basis: Legit. Interests / Consent (EU), Email & Push IDs: Verified email, APNs / FCM tokens - Purpose: Transactional emails & notifications - Lawful Basis: Contract / Consent, Support Data: Emails, screenshots, chat logs - Purpose: Resolve issues & track feedback - Lawful Basis: Legit. Interests.

Direct – sign-up fields, profile edits, in-app actions, support tickets. Automated – PostHog SDK in-app; Google Analytics + PostHog on our marketing site; BugSnag crash reporter. Platform feeds – Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat send us purchase receipts. We do not collect advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID) or precise location/GPS.
Provide, maintain and improve the Service, display leaderboards; award Combat Credits, Chests & gift cards, send essential emails and push alerts (purchase receipts, security notices), analyse aggregate usage (PostHog, GA) to prioritise new features, detect fraud and charge-back abuse (New Relic + internal rules), meet legal duties (tax, bookkeeping) and comply with lawful requests.
We never sell personal data. We share it only with these processors, each under a data-processing agreement: Amazon Web Services: Hosting, S3 storage, SES email (USA), Auth0: Authentication & session storage (USA), RevenueCat: Purchase validation & currency ledger (USA), PostHog: Product analytics (mobile + web) (USA / EU cluster¹), Google Analytics: Marketing-site traffic analytics (USA - IP anonymised), BugSnag: Mobile crash reporting (USA), New Relic: Back-end performance monitoring (USA).
¹Your data routes through PostHog's EU cluster if your device IP originates in the EEA/UK.
We disclose data to public authorities only when legally compelled.
Data may move from your country to the United States. For EEA/UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and AWS supplementary safeguards.
Active account – retained while the account exists + 30 days. Purchase/tax records – kept 30 days post-deletion for disputes, then archived 7 years for tax compliance. Crash logs – detailed data 30 days; aggregated metrics 26 months. Anonymised gameplay stats – stored indefinitely; unlinkable to you. Deletion workflow: credentials purged from Auth0 → linked gameplay & purchase data removed → remaining analytics anonymised.
Our marketing site sets first-party cookies for sign-in and basic analytics. You may block or delete cookies via your browser settings at any time. The mobile app uses PostHog's device-storage identifier; reset it via App Settings ▷ Privacy ▷ Reset Analytics ID.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we hold data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit; AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls & MFA for staff, quarterly penetration tests, 72-hour breach-notification target under GDPR & PIPEDA.
Canada (PIPEDA): Access, correction, withdraw consent, EU / UK (GDPR): Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, lodge DPA complaint, California (CPRA): Know, delete, correct, opt-out of "sharing". Email mmafantasylive@gmail.com with subject "Privacy Request." We verify identity and respond within 30 days (45 days in CA).
Our fight predictions are for entertainment only and are not betting recommendations. We do not track or facilitate wagers.
We will announce material changes via email or in-app 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updates.
